183k service

The running distance keeps adding up and another service was due one year after the last one.
This time, besides the oil (5W30 as recommended by Toyota), oil filter, air filter and cabin filter, the Corolla had the auxiliary belt and the front brake pads replaced, none of which had been replaced since I own the car. The replaced brake pads lasted for 93 thousand kilometres, more than half of the Corolla's total driven distance, 183369km.
Also the clutch actuator was lubricated because, when lifting the foot front the clutch pedal, it made a squeaking noise... again.
Total expense was 71.04€ and it is ready for 15k more, soon valve clearance will be measured.

The 167k service

Fresh oil (5W30), new oil filter, new cabin filter and a set of spark plugs (Denso, gapped at 1.0) were in the menu for the day, plus the chain tensioner o-ring replacement.

The last item on the to-do list revealed itself to be rather easy task, with only one single remark, after fitting the chain tensioner in place, the crankshaft must be turned (by hand) counter clockwise. This is done
to release a tiny hook on the tensioner allowing it to extend and apply the correct tension to the chain (i'll leave the YT video link here).
Serviced at 167643km (38199km on LPG).

152k service

One more!
Again, oil (5W30), oil filter, air filter and, this time, lubrication of the left front brake calliper guides, they were clanking on rough pavement.
Gladly, this has been a rather dull daily driver... hope it keeps that way.
The odometer is at 152659km (24300km on LPG), next service in 15 thousand kilometres.

Servicing again

At 460km/week after the LPG installation, it got to the service distance quicker.

This time rear brake discs and pads were fitted adding to the oil change (5W30, Toyota recommendation for the 3ZZ engine), oil filter and clutch/brake fluid. Also there was a annoying squick when pressing the clutch pedal, this was due to dirt and lack of lubrication on the clutch actuator (it seems to be something usual in this cars), after cleaning and lubricating with cooper grease... silence again.

Service distance 137237km (8878km on LPG), service cost was 94.91€.

Service of the LPG system

The only service required to a liquid injection system is made after the 1500km mark.
This service consists in various leakage checks and the correct functioning of the LPG ECU and fuel tank pump.
Since nothing was deemed wrong, the Corolla got up and running with only one single remark. It doesn't automatically switch to petrol when the LPG thank goes dry.
This should be solved with a ECU software update from Vialle itself... so we wait.
